SimpleSet is an exercise prescription resource for those qualified/trained to use exercise as an intervention. It is a limited cost-shared resource available via user ID and password. Users with account can log in from the SimpleSet login page.
If you need an account, please speak with the manager responsible for therapies in your area. If your area already has a team on SimpleSet, the account administrator will send you an invitation to create an account. If your area does not have a team on SimpleSet, the therapies manager can complete the request form to join the subscription.
